About
We build the systems a business runs on.
Strategy, identity, web and product, decided by one team — so what you show the market and what your staff use every day are recognisably the same company.
Who we are.
Atlas Forge is a small software agency in Lagos, working with clients in the UK, Canada, the US and Nigeria. Our clients are rarely short of software. They have the CRM, the scheduler, the subscriptions. What they do not have is anything that matches how the business actually runs — so the real work happens in the gaps: the spreadsheet nobody admits to, the group chat doing the job of a system, the process that survives because one person remembers it.
We build the thing that closes the gap. Usually that is a booking flow, a dispatch board, a records system, an admin nobody dreads opening. Not glamorous. Used every day.
We take the whole problem rather than a slice of it. Strategy, identity and software get decided by the same people at the same time, which is the only reliable way to make them agree. And you own what we build — the code, the accounts, the assets. No hostage arrangements.
Process
How a project runs.
Four stages. The first one decides the other three, which is why we do not skip it.
01Map the process
We sit with the people doing the work and record what actually happens, including the parts held together by someone remembering. The output is a map of the current process with the stalls marked.
- Stakeholder interviews
- Process walkthrough
- Systems audit
- Where it stalls
02Decide what to build
Not everything on the map is worth automating. We agree the narrowest slice that removes real pain, and write down what success looks like before any design starts.
- Scope and sequence
- Success criteria
- Build or buy
- Budget and timeline
03Design it
Interface and identity together, because they are the same decision seen from two directions. We show rough work early and often rather than disappearing until it is polished.
- Information architecture
- Interface design
- Identity system
- Accessibility review
04Build and hand over
We build it, put it in front of real users while it can still change, and hand over documentation written for the people who will maintain it after we leave.
- Development
- User testing
- Documentation
- Training and handover
Capabilities
What we offer.
Four disciplines, delivered together rather than handed between teams.
Strategy
We map how the work actually happens before proposing anything. The map decides what gets built and in what order.
Identity
Names, marks, type and colour, plus the rules that keep them consistent once we hand them over.
Web
Sites that load fast, read well on a phone, and can be updated by the people who own the content.
Product
The internal tools: dispatch boards, records systems, admin. The screens a business runs on every day.
Who we are best for.
Operators with a process worth protecting
The way you do it is the advantage. Off-the-shelf flattens it into someone else's workflow. We build around yours.
Teams outgrowing their tools
The tools worked at five people and fight you at fifty. You need something built around how you actually operate, not another subscription to configure.
Founders with a runway
You need a working product and a brand that does not undercut it, on a timeline that matches the money in the bank.
Good companies with a dated front door
The business is sound and the website suggests otherwise. Identity and site rebuilt together, not one bolted onto the other.
Tell us what you are trying to fix.
Send a short description of the process that is costing you time. We will come back with a plan, a timeline, and a price.
