Start with the process, not the page

Most sites that fail were designed before anyone understood the work they were meant to support.

A brief usually arrives describing pages. It is a reasonable way to start a conversation and a poor way to start a project, because pages are the last decision, not the first.

The first question is what the business actually does each day, and which parts of that are held together by someone remembering to do them. That is where the value is.

Tell us what you are trying to fix.

Send a short description of the process that is costing you time. We will come back with a plan, a timeline, and a price.
