Challenge

A patient with a foot problem does what everyone does: they search. If the practice isn't in those results, the appointment goes to whoever is. FeetPath had the clinical side sorted and nothing working in front of it — bookings arrived by phone during opening hours, payment happened at the desk, and the enquiries that came in outside those hours simply waited.

Brand

We built the identity from nothing — mark, palette, type. Healthcare has a narrow band to work in: warm enough that someone nervous about their feet feels looked after, clean enough that they trust the clinical judgement behind it. Everything else follows from getting that balance right.

Website

A public site setting out the services and who provides them, with booking and payment built in — a patient picks a service, books a slot, and pays through Stripe before they arrive. Behind it, an admin that runs the practice: staff, appointments and consultations, payments, the service list, contact enquiries, and clinic inventory. The site was built for search from the start rather than optimised afterwards.

Outcome

Bookings now come through the site, and the clinic turns up in search results across London — patients arrive having found the practice themselves. Payment is settled through Stripe before the appointment rather than at the desk after it, and enquiries land somewhere they can be answered instead of an inbox nobody owns.
