Challenge
Orders arrived by phone and WhatsApp, one message at a time. Staff read the menu aloud, wrote down addresses as they were dictated, and had no dependable way to tell a customer which branch was actually cooking their food. Payment was settled at the door, so a wrong order was a loss twice over.
Brand
The brand was already settled, so there was nothing to design. We took the blue from the logo and made it the one accent the interface leans on — category tabs, the branch selector, the checkout button — and left everything else quiet, so the food photography carries the colour instead of the chrome.
Website
A public storefront with an account behind it. The customer chooses a branch first, then browses by category, builds a cart, and pays online. Dishes can be saved to a wishlist, delivery goes to any address kept on the account, and a past order can be repeated from the order history without rebuilding it.
Outcome
Ordering moved off the phone. Each branch sees only the orders it is cooking, payment is settled before the food is made, and a returning customer's second order takes a fraction of the effort of their first.
