Challenge
Medical deliveries carry a different kind of pressure. A parcel of samples or medication is time-bound, and the person waiting on it is usually working to a clock of their own. National Courier Express had the operation running well and no way to show it — a client wanting to know where a consignment was had to call and ask someone to find out, and every one of those calls took a person off the job of moving things.
Brand
The logo was theirs. We pulled the colour out of it, chose a typeface to sit with it, and set the rules for how the two behave together — enough of a system that a tracking page, a careers listing and a service page all read as the same company.
Website
A public site covering the services, the company, and how to reach them, with tracking built in so a client can check a consignment themselves. A careers section takes applications directly. Behind all of it, an admin where the team follows orders, deliveries, staff, incoming enquiries and job applications — one view of the operation instead of several.
Outcome
The business runs on its own record now. Deliveries, orders, enquiries and applications all land in one place rather than across calls, inboxes and whoever happened to take the message.
