Challenge
A marketplace is only as good as the last mile, and the last mile was being run on phone calls. Riders were told about jobs rather than shown them, took payment however it happened to be arranged, and had no record of what they'd earned that week. The customer's tracking screen needed something real behind it.

A Flutter app for iOS and Android, built alongside the vendor and customer apps on the same Laravel backend. Riders see the jobs available to them, accept a delivery, collect from the vendor and complete at the customer's door. Earnings settle into a wallet in the app, so a rider can see what a shift made and withdraw it without asking anyone.
Outcome
Every party in a Peregrine order now works from the same record — the vendor's kitchen, the customer's tracking screen, and the rider between them. Riders get paid through the system rather than around it.
