Challenge

Small food vendors were selling the way they always had — a menu posted to Instagram, orders arriving as messages, money settled in cash at the door. None of it left a record. A vendor couldn't tell you which dish carried the week, and a customer had no way to know whether their money had reached anyone until food turned up. Peregrine wanted both sides of that on one rail.

Brand

Website

One Flutter build serving iOS and Android, with a vendor side and a customer side. Vendors upload a menu, add and price products, take orders, and watch sales and revenue move on a chart rather than guessing. Customers browse stores, fill a cart, pay online, and follow the delivery in. Money runs through a wallet on both sides: customers top it up and spend from it, vendors draw earnings out of it. We took the client's design system and API and turned them into a shipped, store-approved app.

Outcome

Peregrine went live on both stores with vendors and customers on the same system. Ordering, payment and payout sit in one place, and a vendor's takings are now something they can look at instead of something they have to remember.
